Policies

Deposit

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment for a specific date and time. It will go towards your service
Deposit is forfeited if less than 24 hour cancellation/reschedule for whatever reason

Cancellations/reschedules

If 10 mins late, the appointment will be canceled
Need to cancel/reschedule? You may do so via text or confirmation email if it's more than 24 hours notice.
Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule will result a new deposit for future appt

Extra Guests

Due to having a small studio, please refrain from bringing any children or extra guests

Nail Art

Pricing for art will be discussed at your nail appointment
Approval for certain nail art will depend on length of time it will take create

FAQ

Q: I have a set on already from someone else can you remove them?

A: I don’t offer soak-offs but I can cut and thin down to give you something new

Q: How far in advance can I book?

A: You can book 1 month in advance. The schedule opens up 30 days out.

Q: Something came up and I can’t make it to my appt today, can I reschedule?

A: Since it's less than 24 hours notice then it will be a cancelation and a new appt with a new deposit will need to be made. If it is more than 24 hours notice we can reschedule and transfer your deposit to a new date.
